FreshLife Coaching uses the U.S. Mail to ship orders. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

The shipping & handling charge is $4.95 within the United States and $19.95 outside the United States for orders under 10 CDs. If you wish to purchase larger quantities or prefer a different carrier, please contact the FreshLife Coaching office before ordering.

All returns for exchange or reimbursement must be made within 30 days of the order date, and must be unopened and in its original packaging. All shipping will be paid by the person returning products. All returns will be charged a $10 per order restocking fee.
